When you send an enquiry, the form collects the name, phone number, suburb, service, message and placement shown on the page. Those details are sent to the lead endpoint so relevant providers can contact you.
Phone numbers
Your phone number is used for provider contact about the enquiry. It is not shown publicly on BookaLocal AU.
Sponsored clicks
Sponsored units can record click events through the advertising endpoint. This helps record that a sponsored listing was opened.
Provider checks
Providers may be advertisers or directory listings. Before you book, check the provider's licence, insurance, reviews and terms.
